Detailed Description
- Prepare and monitor budgets for revenue maximization and cost control
- Develop and implement procedures and processes for Galileo Kenya to ensure harmonization of duties and smooth operations for optimal utilization of resources
- Drive the sales and marketing of Galileo products in Kenya and beyond for maximization of revenue and business growth
- Negotiate and ascertain that all subscriber contracts are signed up in order to safeguard revenue and profitability
- Ensure subscribers training and product deployment to the market for optimal utilization of the Galileo products for maximum profits
- Assure efficient customer service and delivery for guaranteed customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for image building and loyalty
- Drive the development of e-business (Non-air) products for sustainable growth and attract new revenue streams
- Represent Galileo Kenya / Kenya Airways in Galileo International meetings and conferences and other stakeholders forums in order to keep abreast with new developments in the system and trends in the industry at large
- University graduate B.Com or BA Econ. with over 5 years airline experience in the relevant field OR ‘A’ level education with 10 years experience in airline sales and marketing
