Brief Description

To ensure that the Security Quality System is soundly developed, properly executed and systematically monitored to meet the objectives of the Corporate Quality and Safety Systems and regulatory requirements.

Detailed Description

  • To develop, manage and maintain the Corporate Security Services Quality System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
  • Monitor implementation of the quality system requirements in Corporate Security Services.
  • Prepare reports for Management evaluations and ensure that approved corrective actions are carried out.
  • Appraise the Head of Corporate Quality, Safety and Environment of audit results and issues relating to the Security Quality System.
  • Conduct periodic Security audits for company and third party organizations (GHAs, Airports etc) to ensure compliance with company policy and industry/regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain all the Corporate Security Services Quality records and documentation in line with the Corporate Quality requirements.
  • Control and co-ordinate Quality training in Corporate Security Services.
  • While maintaining audit independence, liaise with all Station Managers & Corporate Security Services Managers on quality issues.
  • Notify all Station Managers and Security Managers of observed areas of non-compliance and ensure approved corrective action plans are carried out within the stipulated timescales.
  • Ensure that all Security Manuals are amended and updated as required by changes in procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and control the Corporate Security Services Quality Budget.
Job Requirements
  • University Degree
  • Certification in Quality Techniques
  • Communication and interpersonal
  • High degree of report-writing skills
  • Knowledge of ICAO Annex 17 requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience the airline industry.
  • Experience in conducting Security Audits
  • Experience in Security Operations & documentation of procedures
