Brief Description

To mobilize workshop resources in order to service, maintain and repair KQ offices, Premise and Facilities for service delivery in a safe and cost effective manner.

Detailed Description

  • Allocate duties to technicians/artisans, mobilize work shop resources in order to service, maintain and repair all company premises, facilities and senior staff quarters for effective service delivery.
  • Plan and deploy resources to ensure cost effective service delivery to meet agreed SLAs.
  • Liaise with properties/facilities users, follow up and arrest defects to ensure maximum facilities/properties availability.
  • Ensure 3rd party contracted maintenance complies with the scope and SLAs and service standards required by internal and 3rd party users.
  • Identify and requisition material for the task at hand in order to maintain the company's facilities to the required standard.
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment to self, fellow colleagues and company properties in order to maximize productivity.
Job Requirements
  • O Level KCSE Certificate with C+ and above or equivalent qualification.
  • HND in Civil/Construction Engineering or related discipline with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ordinary Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or related discipline with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency and experienced in properties/facilities/building maintenance, masonry, carpentry and plumbing works.
Additional Details
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driving license
  • Leadership skills, Technical awareness and analytical.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
