Brief Description
Compile and maintain sound, reliable, efficient and upto date digital and paper aircraft / component records archive as per the kenya airways and kcaa requirements.
Detailed Description
- Define, update and implement a proper archiving policy for the technical department according to KQ and KCAA regulations.
- receive and collate all maintenance records from tech records and
- Archive them according to KCAA regulations and KQ policies.
- Digitalize all maintenance records to improve the accessibility for the organization.
- Improve archiving processes by making use of the digital opportunities available.
- file all completed aircraft and workshop maintenance documents and regularly transfer the same to technical archives for safe custody in
- Accordance with the KCAA requirements.
- O’ level aggregate C+ with C+
- Diploma in archives and records management
- Experience in record management and archiving
- Experience in document management systems
- Computer literate
- Experience in document or content management systems
- Innovative
