Duties & Responsibilities
- Run the day today operations of the Board
- Organize the meetings of the Board, take minutes during Board meetings and maintain the minute book.
- Manage the financial resources of the Board prudently
- Implement the decisions of the Board
- Supervise the other members of staff
- Prepare financial statements and liaise with external auditors
- Develop internal control procedures and Keep safe custody of the Boards accountable documents
- Deal with the correspondences of the Board and represent the Board in various organizations

Academic and professional qualifications and experience
- Business related degree and a holder of CPS Part III
- At least 3 years work experience in a management position.
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft office packages
