Total Qrs. 21,600/- to Qrs. 24,500/- inclusive of housing allowance or company housing subject to availability

Brief Job Description
1. PRIMARY
To supervise all activities related to participation in events, hospitality and social activities both locally and abroad including preparation for any signing ceremonies for GM or GMCM.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
a) Gives input and assists in preparation of annual operational plan and budget of Hospitality and Events Section.
b) Defines technical requirements for events/exhibition stand and supervises the implementation of the stand in accordance with agreed design requirement.
c) Facilitates and supervises the utilization of resources during participation at the events and manning of exhibition stand.
d) Supervises stock movements and distribution of giveaway items and gifts.
e) Arranges and supervises all activities at the reception and on the peripherals of stand during events and exhibitions.
f) Facilitates and coordinates media channels and communication related to the events abroad.
g) Manages and coordinates all arrangements relating to visit schedules for VIP guests, accompanying them on their visit if required.
h) Controls gifts in the store and delivery in accordance with company policy and as directed; sources good quality gifts and makes recommendations for purchase in accordance with allocated budget
i) With the Public Relations Manager, plans and arranges the corporate social responsibility activities and submits a detailed report on every activity and follows up as necessary
j) Assists PR Manager in planning and coordinating protocol issues related to VIP visits to the company
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Event Management/Exhibition or Business Administration or equivalent.
9 years' experience in all areas of Public Relations in the oil or petrochemical industry.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic
Computer literate.
