Key Responsibility:
Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Branch Manager will be responsible for the business growth, service delivery and administration/ efficient day to day operation of the branch.
Main tasks:
- To build business relations and grow the deposit portfolio
- To provide a superior level of customer relations to promote sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
- To provide leadership, training and supervision and delegate day to day operations to the branch personnel
- Responsible for attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management
- Ensuring the provision of high quality and timely services to internal and external customers
- Business degree, ACIB/AKIB or an equivalent business qualification
- Proven branch management experience (at least 4 years) in delivering retail banking and business relationship with a medium to large size bank
- Knowledge of local business environment and experience in cross selling and relationship marketing
- Strong credit analysis, communication skills and team leading working abilities
