The Agricultural Sector Coordination Unit (ASCU) requires a competent individual to fill in the following vacant position: Administration/Front Office Assistant
Reporting to the Administration Officer, the Admin/Front Office Assistant will be involved in managing the front office, receiving visitors, mail and telephone calls, managing correspondence, diaries, filing documents and providing secretarial support to the Unit.
The Admin/Front Office Assistant will also be required to provide logistical support to the various programme officers particularly during workshops, retreats and other events; as well as performing general office tasks.
Requirements for this Appointment
For appointment to this position, a candidate must have:-
- A diploma in management or related field from a recognized institution;
- Experience in the hospitality industry and front office management;
- Experience in sales and promotion;
- An outgoing and pleasant personality;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Demonstrated merit and ability in their work performance and results.
Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
