Position Description:
Currently, KENCALL EPZ LTD are seeking qualified candidates to join their team as Experienced Recruiter. This opportunity is a position to be based in Nairobi.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibility will involve sourcing and selection of potential candidates to our challenging and exciting, fast paced environment, incorporating innovativeness in all our process. You will be charged with the responsibility of enhancing current policies and procedures and formulating any other that are relevant to the department’s responsibilities.
You will work in a team ensuring the best hire in the industry to the organization.

Candidate Requirements:
•A degree in a Business Related field with at least 2 years experience in a fast paced Human Resource position or with an additional Diploma in Human Resource Management.
•A degree in Human Resource Management with at least 1 year experience in a HR field.
•A Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 4 years experience in a fast paced HR position.
•Experience in a HR Consultancy firm or Recruitment Agency a plus
•Excellent Computer skills working well with general applications (must work well with Excel Spread Sheets)
•Leadership Skills for self management and team organization
•A crisp clear neutral accent
•Experience with HR tools such as Psychometric Tests a plus
•A creative and innovative individual
•A team player
•Works well with minimum supervision
•An intuitive individual
