Oserian Development Company limited is one of Kenya's leading growers and exporters of fresh
cut- flowers. We are seeking to recruit a young, dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team and share our proactive approach and strengthen our Group Supply Chain hub based in Nairobi (JKIA)
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the successful candidate shall perform the following functions among other tasks:
- Ensure a timely and efficient fulfilment of the orders.
- Daily management of respective market requirements.
- Prepare accurate stock requirement as per orders and compare with the available / expected stocks
- Daily preparation, reconciliation and sending of accurate dispatch data to the market
- Optimize the product mix.
- Demand forecasting and supply planning in line with the business needs.
- Day to day liaison with the markets that will include routine sending out of supply information.
In addition to being proficient in Microsoft EXCEL, the candidate must possess a strong communication, numerical and analytical skills set.
Ideally aged between 24 - 28 years, the candidate must have attained a university degree with at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in a supply chain / procurement/ export function; preferably with an FMCG.
Exposure to demand & supply forecasting will be an added advantage.
