Position Description:
Currently, KENCALL EPZ LTD is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as INBOUND CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS. This opportunity is a position to be based at Nairobi.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible handling all customer issues, meeting targets and daily sales, flexibility to work on different accounts as the need arises, use negotiation skills to overcome customer resistance, make product recommendations, build rapport & customer loyalty.

Candidate Requirements:
Tertiary education (University degree or a College diploma) or equivalent call center or customer care experience,
1 – 2 year’s customer care experience.
Age 22+ not more than 35 years
Good verbal communication in both Swahili and English
Basic computer skills i.e. PC and internet navigation
Multi-tasking ability to use computer skills while engaging customer in dialogue
Good negotiation skills used to retain customers.
Fast to learn and thoroughly understand campaign products including features, advantages, and benefits.
Understand how to create and tell a unique product story based on product/service strengths and facts.
Ability to use personality to engage customers, establish rapport and build customer loyalty.
Ability to actively listen
Ability to make product recommendations based on customer needs.
Ability to overcome customer resistance.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and change direction quickly when required.
Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors.
Driven by the opportunity to earn monetary rewards based on performance.
Goal achievement oriented. Needs immediate recognition and reinforcement.
Enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems.
Customers focused,
