Personal Assistant for CEO

Position Description:
Currently, KENCALL EPZ LTD is seeking for a qualified candidate to join their team as Personal Assistant for the CEO. This opportunity is a position to be based in Nairobi.

Responsibilities:
•Carry out specific research projects
•Carry out background research and present findings to the CEO
•Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the CEO
•Organize and maintain the CEO’s diary and make appointments
•Take dictation and minutes for various meetings
•Organize and attend meetings, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared
•Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
•Arrange travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travel with the CEO to provide general assistance during meetings
•Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
•Carry out presentations on behalf of your Supervisor
•Advise the CEO on matters affecting the business

Candidate Requirements:
•A Degree from a Recognized Institution in a Business Related field
•A minimum of 5yrs continued experience as a Personal Assistant or Customer Relations Manager.
•2 yrs constant work experience after graduation in a large Customer Oriented Company
•A minimum of 28 – 35 yrs of age
•Excellent typing speeds of 60WPM and a touch typist
•Organization skills that form part of your experience and track record
•Leadership and Management Skills
•A Valid Driving License with at least 4 yrs of constant driving experience
•Knowledge or experience in Legal Matters a plus
•International exposure in a Call Centre environment a plus
•A strong personality with excellent communication skills and results oriented.
•Must have a keen eye for detail and high interpersonal skill
•Can practice discretion and confidentiality
•Be self-directed and motivated, well organized, detail oriented.
•Excellent Presentation Skills
•Exceptional Analytical Skills
•A self starter, who works well with deadlines and targets.
•One who has a positive outlook of life
•An energetic and innovative individual
•A quick thinker, always on their toes
