Personnel Manager Vacant Position

We are looking for a mature, versatile and self motivated person for the position of Personnel Manager in a busy work environment.

He or she is expected to provide efficient Personnel Management Services which includes; developing and maintaining employees data base and files, participating in the CBA negotiations, coordinating the recruitment and selection process and establishing an effective administration of staff welfare among other duties.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the right candidate must be a holder of Diploma in Business Management with Personnel Management option. He/She must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written is mandatory. Three years working experience in a similar position is advantageous.
