A leading beach hotel in Mombasa’s North coast is currently recruiting for the following vacant management positions:

Purchasing Manager – one position

1. Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or Procurement related field from a recognised University. Or Higher Diploma in Supplies Management or equivalent from a recognised institution.
2. Computer proficient
3. Excellent Negotiation Skills
4. Unquestionable honesty, integrity and ethics.
5. Assertive and procedure compliant
6. Good hands on experience with Micros-Fidelio Materials Control System.
7. 5 year and above experience
8. 30 years to 38 years of age.
9. A good team leader able to provide leadership to other team members
10. Competitive remuneration (those currently earning less than Ksh.65, 000/= need not apply)
    

Asst. F&B Manager – 2 positions

1. Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognised Institution.
2. Person of Unquestionable honesty, integrity and ethics.
3. At least 5 years experience as an Asst. OR F&B Manager.
4. 30 years and above of age
5. Computer proficient
6. Experience on Micros- Fidelio Materials control system added advantage.
7. Good Leadership skills
8. Good communication skills
9. Skills and knowledge on HACCAP (Hazard analysis Critical Control Points) procedures.
10. Able to train his/her team and identify training needs in the department
11. Able to Implement developed quality standard and advice on their effectiveness.
12. Good interpersonal skills.
13. Competitive remuneration ( those currently earning less than Ksh.65,000/= need not apply)

Sales Executives – 4 positions

1. Recognised degree and /or professional qualifications in marketing and sales management from a recognised institution.
2. A good understanding and knowledge of the travel industry trends and developments.
3. Ability to work and achieve desired results with minimum supervision.
4. Proven track record of performance.
5. A good team player.
6. Persons of unquestionable honesty, integrity and ethics.
7. Good communicator and articulate.
8. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internal and external.
9. Able to prioritise and problem solve.
10. Should be customer focused.
11. 30- 38 years of age.
12. Competitive remuneration ( those currently earning less than Ksh.40,000/= need not apply)
