We are looking for a truly outstanding individual with boundless energy and an enthusiasm to fill the position of Personal Assistant to the Operations Director.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT.
Duties & Responsibilities.
• Organize and manage the day-to-day running of the Director’s affairs ensuring provision of high-quality support.
• Liaise with and advice Corporate guests on meetings and business call ups.
• Offer daily updates of the revenue standings from all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Assist in the training and upholding of Hilton Brand Standards to departmental Team Members.
• Liaise with Departmental Heads on all general stores requisitions, ensuring they are within monthly budgets.
• Monitor daily guests’ compliments and complaints, documenting and advising on the hotels performance.
• Produce reports and statistical analyses as requested by the Operations Director.
Qualifications and Experience.
• Graduate in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience offering Operational or Administrative Assistance.
• Prior experience in the Hospitality or Customer focused industry is desirable.
Personal Specifications.
• Ability and initiative to work in a dynamic, high profile environment.
• Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal, at staff all levels.
• Friendly personality.
