Position Description:
Currently, Write-On Advertising Company are seeking for qualified candidates to join their Kenya - Nairobi, Nairobi team as PA / Office Assistant. This opportunity is a Contract position to be based at Nairobi, Kenya - Nairobi, Nairobi.

Responsibilities:
The administrative duties for this executive position may include:
• Screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations.
• Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Relief Reception; General Administration duties as required.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 - 3+ years experience in a Administration / Secretarial based role with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite. Our client requires a candidate who is a positive, cooperative person with a 'can do' attitude. Strong organisational and planning skills are a must, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

* At least 1 years of working experience in a related field
* Possess a Degree and above from a recognized institution
* Fluency in English will be essential
