Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate prompt, efficient and courteous service in all Restaurants.
- With the assistance of the Food and Beverage manager, ensure quality production of food and beverage services at all times.
- Monitor work sequences, taking into account all Service Standards, for guaranteeing a consistent and convincing service, before, during and after service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints while reporting back to the Food and Beverage manager on follow ups.
- Oversee cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.
- Ensure all preset hygiene standards are upheld as per Hilton International Standards.
- Conduct all administration work required e.g. attendance records, duty roasters, guests history records, casual employment e.t.c
- Assist Human Resources in the overall training of Team Members on ensuring maintenance of service standards in all outlets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar position.
- Experience in supervision and development of Team Members.
- Broad experience with Micros Systems and Microsoft Windows is desired.

- Proven ability in developing and coaching a team to achieve their career goals.
- Ability to make quick decisions and to improvise if necessary.
- Good analytical skills, on the ground personality and ability to deal with routine staff problems & queries.
