Site Agent Job Vacancy

An International Road Construction Company is looking for a Registered Civil Engineer for the position of Site Agent for one of its ongoing Road Projects.

Key duties and responsibilities will be to:

• Execute, plan, coordinate site operations, monitor and evaluate the Project,
• Prepare work schedules, program of works, budgets and targets, and ensures they are implemented and achieved
• Preparations/Substantial and follow-up of Contractual Claims,
• Overall Management of the projects, including attending site meetings, all technical meetings and follow-ups
• Seeking, costing, evaluation and negotiating with subcontractors, including supervising them.
• Provision of designs where required by the Engineer.
• Prepare interim payment certificates on time
• Any other duty the Management may assign

Qualifications, skills and relevant expenence:

• B.Sc. Civil Engineeting from a recognized University
• Must be a Registered Engineer with Kenya Engineer’s Registration Board
• Minimum 10years of experience in Road Construction Works as a Senior Engineer/Site Agent
• Computer literate and competent with MS Project and AutoCAD
• Must have a strong personality, excellent management skills and a tearn player
