coordinate the operations of the Scheme.

coordinate the operations of the Scheme.
The key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of the Board of Trustees meetings and preparation of the minutes.
- Participation in policy formulation and administration of members’ benefits.
- Ensuring sound management of the Scheme assets, investment portfolio and staff.
- Preparing board papers and reports.
- Ensuring full compliance with Retirement Benefits Authority and Kenya Revenue Authority regulations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Relevant Degree in Social Sciences; possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CPS or CII.
- At least eight (8) years experience in retirement benefits administration, three (3) of which must be at senior level.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of relevant computer packages.
