The Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) has developed anti-corruption curriculum support materials for mainstreaming ethics, integrity anti-corruption content into the learning institutions.
The aim of these materials is to foster positive behaviour in Kenya by enhancing the teaching and learning of ethics, integrity and anti-corruption content among learners.
The materials target learners from early childhood to upper primary.
The commission seeks to procure the service of an Artist/Caricaturist to develop suitable illustrations and cartoons in single frames and comic type for the materials.
The illustrations are intended to help the target group interact more with the content of the materials.
Interested and eligible Artists/ Caricaturists MUST submit the following:

Interested and eligible Artists/ Caricaturists MUST submit the following:
- Curriculum Vitae of the Expert or Profile of the Firm of Experts indicating education
- background(s), relevant qualifications and the physical and postal addresses of the Experts
- —including telephone and email contacts.
- Samples of at least two previous work of similar nature.
- Certificates of Registration for PIN and VAT.
- Current tax compliance Certificate from KRA.
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Business Name from the Registrar of
- Companies or the Registrar of Business names as appropriate. This should include certificate of change of particulars where applicable!.
NB:- The Artists/ Caricaturists shall not associate with other consultants intending to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Any such association shall lead to automatic disqualification of the consultant. The Artist must submit only one EOI.
Complete Expression of Interest documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR AN ARTIST/ CARICATURIST" should be sent to the address below or be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Ground Floor, Integrity Centre on or before 7th January, 2010 at 10.00 a.m.
