WSP-Africa in partnership with K-Rep Bank is implementing the Maji ni Maisha loan program, which provides loans to community water projects for infrastructure development.
WSP-Africa seeks to hire 3 community mobilizers on a 3-month short-term consulting contract to identify and engage with potential communities that are interested in borrowing to build/expand small piped water systems.
The mobilizers will work closely with district water officers and district water service boards in Central, Mt. Kenya, Rift Valley and Lake Victoria regions.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, business administration or related field
- At least 2 years financial sector experience in Kenya
- Good communication skills in English and Swahili
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas and ability to engage with communities
- Knowledge and experience of the water sector will be an added advantage
