Responsibilities:
- Preparation of payroll and related documents
- Preparation and Maintenance of cashbooks and related documents
- Preparation/dispatch of accounts receivables invoices, statements and official receipts
- Checking of all accounting documents before posting to pastel and other systems
- Processing and computation of all taxes, levies and filling of returns
- Preparation of statistical financing and other reports as directed
- Preparation and Maintaining of petty cash book and related documents on imprest basis
- Preparation of banking and deposit slips for all money received for banking intact
- Postings of routine transactions as directed
- Preparation of payment vouchers and other documents directed
- Handling accounts payables
- Filing of accounting records
- Bank reconciliations
- Any other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 25yrs to 35yrs
- CPA (K)
- Degree is an added advantage
- Experience 1yr or Fresh from College
- Competency in computer application
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounting Packages ( Pastel, Quick books)
