The Opportunity
- You will lead this recently re-structured business towards a goal of achieving world class food manufacturing standards and operational excellence, providing visionary strategic leadership to create a 'Quality Culture' based on high achievement accountability and continuous improvement
- This hands on. autonomous role with P&L responsibility for the site will align planning, manufacturing, HR, finance and engineering behind increasingly complex consumer and customer demands and operational objectives
- Provide leadership and vision, ensuring that HS&E and food quality standards are embedded and empower/develop the capabilities of the workforce to ensure that exceptional customer service levels are achieved
Your Credentials
- You will have a successful manufacturing track record that embraces supply chain and production within a global, blue-chip organisation in the food/beverage industry
- Significant P&L experience is essential as is the ability to lead and develop an organisation through a period of significant cultural change and performance improvement towards achieving world class manufacturing standards
- An outstanding communicator you will most likely have experience of leading similar organisations within the African continent with a track record of building relationships with the local community and customers
