Technical Sales Executive and Administration Assistant Job Vacancies in an IT Company in Kenya

A leading mid-sized IT services provider dealing in award winning products that serve corporate, SME, and individual consumers and with presence in East Africa is seeking to fill the following vacancies:

Technical Sales Executive

The main responsibilities includes establishing a solid relationship between the distributor and the resellers, providing cutting edge technical support, expanding the client base among others.

Expected Qualification:
  • A degree in IT from a reputable university.
  • Two years sales experience in- a busy IT environment with bias in software.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • An inherent customer service character.
  • Demonstratable enterprising spirit coupled with self motivating altitude.
  • Passion for solving customer's technical problems.
  • Ability to think and develop strategic ideas that can open new markets and/or enhance increased products usage.
Administration Assistant

The main responsibilities include front office operations, ensuring customers are fully embraced and attended to within minimum time.

Expected qualification.
  • Diploma in Business Management.
  • 1 year experience in a busy IT front office environment.
  • An inherent satisfying customer service character.
  • Basic accounting and secretarial services an advantage.
