1. Financial Controller
(Nairobi)
Scope:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Financial Controller will ensure effective and continuous improvement of financial control systems, procedures and policies in the organisation.
S/he will also be expected to maintain accurate financial records, timely financial reports, effective cost control and utilization of resources.

- B.Com. Degree (Accounting or Finance Option), CPA (K) with 5 years hands-on experience in a similar position or any other Senior Position.
- Experience in Budgeting especially in Government systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of computer accounting packages desired.
- Team Leader with good interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet organisation’s financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating and reviewing finance and accounting procedures and policies.
- Ensuring effective management and utilization of resources and assets.
- Ensuring preparation of timely and accurate financial accounts in line with approved Budgets.
- Ensuring timely preparation and presentation of financial statements to the CEO and the Board.
- Ensuring maintenance of accurate records and management of budgets and budgetary controls.
- Maintaining day-to-day, internal controls of accounting systems.
- Develop and implement strategies relating to overall financial management of the organisation.
2. Head of Corporate Planning and Administration
Scope:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Corporate Planning and Administration shall take lead in Budget planning, Strategic Planning and in the identification and development of new business opportunities in line with the corporate Strategic Plan.
S/he will also perform the overall responsibility for Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Corporation including Performance Contracting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resource or Business Administration and a Masters Degree in relevant field is an added advantage.
- Should have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Planning and Administration in a senior position.
- Planning and analytical skills is desirable as well as understanding the budgetary process.
- Should possess Corporate Strategic Management skills.
- Should understand the Human Resources and Administrative issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating overall performance of the Corporation as per the Performance Contract.
- Lead the preparations and monitoring of Budgets for the Corporation.
- Periodically reviewing the Corporation’s business enterprises and making appropriate recommendations and reports.
- Coordination of the Human Resource and Administrative functions of the Corporation.
- Liaising with departmental heads to ensure compliance with the Corporate Strategic Plan and Budgets.
- Developing and implementing corporate social responsibility programs.
3. Technical Manager – Sales, Marketing and Projects (Nairobi)
Scope:
Reporting to the Head of Technical Division, the Manager shall be responsible for coordinating and spearheading the Sales, Marketing and Project planning and implementation of the Corporation.

- Possess Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Marketing option) or Business Administration plus Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or Project Management.
- Should have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a senior position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of Project Planning and implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulating Sales, Marketing and Project strategies and plans.
- Identifying and developing current and new sales and marketing channels for Corporation’s products and services.
- Carrying out sales and market research and intelligence.
- Preparing sales and marketing budgets and sales forecasts.
- Preparing project plans and periodic reports in line with the Corporate Strategic plan.
- Project proposal writing and documentation
- Evaluating and monitoring on-going projects in the Corporation and making appropriate recommendations.
4. Technical Officer-Engineering - Kitale
Scope:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Technical Officer-Engineering shall be responsible for developing programmes that will ensure effective and efficient utilization of Farm Machinery and implements.

- Bsc-Agriculture or Bio-Systems engineering and Masters Degree in bio-system engineering will be an added advantage.
- Over 5 years hands-on experience in Farm Machinery and general engineering.
- In-depth understanding of agricultural and automobile engineering.
- Experience and understanding of irrigation systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing programmes for effective and efficient utilization of Farm Machinery and implements.
- Setting up and implementing comprehensive and efficient programmes for maintenance of equipment, mechanical and civil work.
- Developing effective and realistic replacements and disposal programmes and policies.
- Evaluating and making recommendations on optimum use of farm machinery and implements.
- Developing and enforcing innovative mechanization techniques for efficiency and cost reductions.
- Preparing equipment specifications and overseeing the execution of engineering works and projects.
- Preparation of routine work plan for machinery servicing and operations guidelines.
