International Centre for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) - Kenya of Columbia University is working in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Kenya to establish HIV Care and Treatment services at provincial, district hospital and health center facilities.
This program is part of an US Government initiative against HIV in Kenya that receives funding from PEPFAR through Center for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC).
Applications are invited for the position of Human Resources/ Administration Manager. The position is based in Nairobi, with travel within the country. The selected candidate will oversee Human Resources and Administrative activities and oversee smooth running of the country office and ICAP-supported HIV Care and Treatment Programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all Human Resource activities including benefits, staff Management, recruitment and hiring.
- Manage and supervise all administration activities.
- Development a Human Resource Strategy
- Manage smooth coordination of all activities of Country Offices.
- Interpret labour laws and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior position as an administration/ human resources manager.
- Conversant with Kenya Labour laws.
- Strong written and verbal skills
