Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- A good university degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
- Preferably MBA with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
- Five years or more experience on sales and distribution (beer industry)
- Preferred candidate should be in a senior management position with a proven track record successful sales and revenue performance.
- Should be able to develop marketing strategies in a market that is evolving.
- Creative professional with positive attitude to work
- Good oral and written communication skills
Job Description - The Position
- Develop effective market penetration strategies aimed at direct distribution to re-sellers and key partners
- Personally take ownership in implementing these strategies through sales and distribution.
- Achieve the volume, contribution and distribution objectives within agreed cost and time.
- Initiate and follow up business leads. Able to drive new business development objectives and develop marketing plans
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy to interact with high network clientele
- Prepare sales budgets and approve budget expenditures
