Recruitment of Drivers – Twenty Nine (29) Vacancies
Kenya Wildlife Service is a State Corporation whose responsibility is to manage and conserve wildlife in Kenya.
The Service seeks to recruit dynamic, innovative and experienced individuals to fill vacant positions of drivers in its various field stations.
The target is to recruit disciplined persons who would easily be trained and converted to Uniformed Drivers, in order to suit the needs of the Service in its various field stations, and are able to cope with challenges in the field particularly in the security operational areas.
The recruitment will be carried out from those trained at the National Youth Service (NYS).

Job Requirements
- Minimum KCSE – ‘D’ Plain
- Candidates must be in possession of Original Certificates, National ID Card and other testimonials
- Age: 25 – 40 years
- Height: 5 feet 8 inches for men and 5 feet 4 inches for women
- Good unaided eyesight
- Good health and physique
- Certificate of Good Conduct for 2009 obtained from the C.I.D
- Clean and valid Driving License Classes B-C-E
- Minimum of three (3) years’ driving experience
- NYS Driving School Training Certificate
- NYS Discharge Certificate
They should carry their original academic and professional certificates.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
