Property Manager Job Vacancy

A real estate company is looking for a property manager.

Responsibilities:

A suitable candidate will be responsible for:

• Marketing and leasing of properties owned by the Company and those of Associated Companies and individuals.
• Maintenance, repairs, tenant complaints, rent collection, utilities billing and tenancy documentation
• Expenditure, management reports and many other related duties

Qualification:

• A degree in Land/Building Economics or other related field
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3years experience in property management
• Must have knowledge in computer operations and applications
• Knowledge of finance and accounting
• Registered Valuer and a Member of ISK will have an added advantage
• Self driven, result oriented and ready to work in a challenging environment
