HIV/AIDS Abstinence and Behavior Change Project targeting Youth

ADRA is an international Christian Organization searching for a lead consultant to undertake Final Evaluation activities of her HIV/AIDS Abstinence and Behavior Change Project targeting Youth aged 10 to 24 years.

This project, funded under a USAID PEPFAR Grant, is located in Kenya and Tanzania.

The consultant must have relevant academic preparation (i.e., public health/medicine, sociology, demography, etc.), track record and experience, particularly in evaluating a multi-million, multi-year HIV and AIDS Project.

Key skills would include excellent writing, and research skills; and familiarity with PEPFAR intervention approaches, especially the ABonly track.

Work will commence in April 2010, and should not last longer than one and half months.

The locations of performance are Nyanza and Rift Valley Provinces in Kenya and; Mwanza, Mara and Kilimanjaro Regions in Tanzania.
