Operations Manager
The position:
- This is a senior management position reporting to the Managing Director.
- Responsible for overseeing the Travel and Tours operations
- Maintain existing relationships and identify & develop new business
- Ability to develop strong team players while maintaining focus and achieving goals.
- Ensuring operational deadlines and quality targets are adhered to
- To constantly develop and review key processes
- Dealing with recruitment, training, reviews, discipline and ongoing performance
- A minimum of university graduate
- Diploma in Tours and Travel/IATA
- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory position
- Good interpersonal, management and supervisory skills
- Proven ability to provide professional advice
- Ability to train and manage team of sales staff
