The Position
The position holder will be reporting to the Managing Director and will work on a full time basis.
His/her Key responsibilities will be;

The position holder will be reporting to the Managing Director and will work on a full time basis.
His/her Key responsibilities will be;
- Assisting in Planning, Coordination and Implementation of Project activities and will be the link between site operations and the head office.
- Assisting in the preparation of Project Budgets, based on most competitive prices prepared by the Accounts Assistant and ensuring adherence to the budgets.
- Working with the HR Officer to develop performance targets for site staff. This includes the Site Agents, Drillers and Sub-Drillers etc.
- Coordinating and controlling of reporting from sites. This involves but is not limited to, compilation of daily project reports and review and approval of weekly requisitions.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Program of Works to guide project activities.
- Preparation of payment certificates and invoices and follow up for approval
The Ideal Candidate should have;
- A University degree in engineering.
- Demonstrate a strong Understanding of civil engineering, with 3 years experience
- Ability to manage several projects.
- Ability to deliver high quality reports.
- Experience in supervising large teams of people
