Position: Sales Support Executive
Reports to: Head of Sales Operations
Role Purpose
Specific responsibilities include sales budgeting, travel/entertainment expenses, account and territory planning, commission plan development and measurement, sales forecasting, and competitive marketing and sales tracking in order to properly position pricing and promotion of products and responsible to determine, evaluate and follow-up targeted and general sales promotions.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales tracking – track distributor Sales and Order
- Order Processing – Process Invoices & Accounts
- Management of Distributor relationship
- Administration
Qualifications and competencies:
- Degree in a Business related field
- A qualification in Logistics or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles is essential.
- 3 years hands on experience in a Sales Support Position in a FMCG or Service company
- Highly results and performance oriented
- Building & maintaining relationships
- Excellent team player with good Leadership/mentoring/
management skills. - Developing external & Internal partnerships and strategic alliances
- Excellent Negotiation/Influencing and Presentation skills
