In order to support its fast modernisation initiatives, talent development and enhancement of shareholder value, the company is seeking to recruit a talented and result-oriented individual.
The position will play a key role in ensuring that KETEPA meets its business objectives.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the purpose of this position is to formulate and implement financial strategies and policies that ensure achievement of business targets and increased shareholder value.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the purpose of this position is to formulate and implement financial strategies and policies that ensure achievement of business targets and increased shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advice the Board and management on financial matters.
- Provide leadership in the formulation and implementation of financial management strategies and policies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sound financial management systems.
- Ensure integrity in financial and management reporting.
- Assess business risk and create financial awareness on resource allocation, cost reduction and financial discipline.
- Organise the business of the Board and provide company secretarial support.
- Lead and develop staff in the department.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors degree and an accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA). Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
- At least ten (10) years experience in financial management, three (3) of which should be at senior management level preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.
- Exposure and experience in the use of International Accounting Standards.
- Well developed IT skills with proficiency in computerised accounting applications and ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, analytical and leadership skills.
