Our client is involved in the design and manufacturing of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment for the industries and commercial facilities.
The company seeks to recruit a Financial Analyst whose main role will be to provide all the necessary assistance to the accounting supervisor by carrying out accounting and financial analysis duties.
The Position
The position holder will be reporting to the Financial Supervisor and will work on a full time basis.

The Position

His/her Key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that debtors, creditors, bank and stocks are correctly stated in the ledgers and in accordance to the company policies and procedures
- Prepare budget, and monitoring reports for decision making
- Ensure the accurate and timey preparation of bank/cash vouchers by processing payments and invoices within closely defined procedures.
- Prepare the basic documentation required for local tax compliance.
- Review management accounts and enter them into HFM
- Preparation of cost analysis for a materials, labour, products, services according to ledger specification and managerial decisions
- The correct implementation of al approved financial transactions as well as the timely and detailed according to the requirements imposed by law and management
The Ideal Candidate should have;
- A University degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- M. SC in Finance or MBA will be an added advantage
- 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing firm or big audit firm
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Analytical and Numerical skills
