The principal will act as the educational leader of the college and will be answerable to the Board of Directors.

- Leading the strategic planning and implementation process.
- To manage college policies and procedures to ensure academic excellence,
- To ensure internal quality assessment and assurance mechanisms are working effectively,
- Ensuring proper and effective financial planning and management controls,
- Providing leadership and direction ensuring staff motivation and development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of a PhD in a relevant field from a recognized university,
- A strategic leader with a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position,
- Proven capacity to promote learning, teaching, research and development, preferably in a university/middle level college setting,
- A good understanding of the national policies and international trends in education,
- A track record of raising standards, managing and embedding organizational change,
- Ability to see complex tasks through to a successful conclusion within set deadlines,
- High integrity, professionalism, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to see opportunities, dynamic, drive, energy and enthusiasm.
