Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day to day administrative management of the College.
- Assisting in the preparation and the formulation of the College’s strategic and business plans, and the implementation of such plans.
- Maintaining regular liaison with the operations manager
- Assuming responsibility for the administration, related to College activities and events, involving collaboration with other organizations/universities
- Facilitating the sharing of best practices within the College, with respect to the conduct of examinations, admissions and registration of students and the Maintenance of student records and other school needs.
- Supervising lecturers.
- Developing business concepts and proposal.
- Development of curriculum.
- Creating an impressionable and lasting image of the institution among students and other stakeholders.
- Basic Human resource duties.
Qualifications, Experience and skills
- Masters Degree in Management/ Mathematics/Economics/Accounting
- Bachelors’ degree in Education/ Anthropology/ Psychology/ Sociology
- Minimum of three years at an administrative level in a college
- Tolerant and team player
- Able to create rapport
- Good interpersonal skills
- Vibrant, outgoing, creative
- Networking and marketing skills
- Aged over 35 years.
