1) Area /Scheme Managers
22 Positions

Functions:

• To plan, organize, direct and control activities in his/her area of operation
• Ensure efficient and effective utilization of company resources to meet set performance targets
• Ensure that water production / operations are efficient and cost effective.
• Provide prompt and accurate reports on revenue collections, production levels, UFWs to HQs for decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate policy implementation at operational level
• Ensure operational and customer standards are maintained
• Ensure that all produced water is properly accounted for
• Ensure that revenues collected are fully accounted for
• Ensure company assets are well safeguarded.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Water technology and management (KEWI).
• Certificate in Water Technology (KEWI) plus 5year qualification experience in water quality management.
• Experience in leadership and management
• Degree in Civil or water technology will be an added advantage.

2) Revenue Clerks
19 Positions

Responsibilities and Activities

• Collection of cash and cheques for water and sanitation services.
• Collection of fees or payment for services rendered by the company.
• Proper keeping of records of all transactions.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly summaries.

Qualification

• `KCSE’ Level education C
• CPA 1 Certificate
• 3 years experience in water and sewerage environment and two years experience in clerical works or equivalent position.

Qualified individuals will be engaged on a performance based one (1) year renewable contract.

Applicants for Area/Scheme Managers MUST state clearly post they are applying for e.g Area Manager or Scheme Manager.
