- Kenyan citizen
- Age between 30-45
- Education - university preferred
- At least 5 years experience of supervisory bakery production with well known manufacturer
- Should have experience and know how in all basic breads, pastry and cake production.
- Should have knowledge and experience in quality control
- Should be available to work December 1st or earlier.
- Should be willing to re-locate to Kisumu.
- Computer skills
- Ability to manage 30-40 people
- Ability to work night shifts independently and during holidays.
- Some knowledge of machinery maintenance
- Good Communications Skills
- Good Health - Must Produce Health Certificate
