Key Responsibilities
- Develop, recruit and manage a highly effective retail sales team.
- Identify potential business opportunities and consistently generate innovative ideas.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet corporate goals as well as maintain visibility of our brand.
- Develop an intimate understanding of the industry and business, analyse modus operandi, management practices, judgment of various influential decision makers, and market conditions and utilise this information to add value to the team.
- Ensures 100% availability and visibility of the sales team.
- Ensures that client confidence is supported by solid delivery of expected benefits, such as execution of trades, supporting documentation, feedback timelines, and reliability of required service standards.
- Keep updated with current market trends both local and international and utilize research reports to provide direction to the sales team.
- Provide leadership to the sales team in all work related aspects and ensure smooth flow of communication.
Educational Qualifications
- Must posses a Bachelor's degree preferably in business studies.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- Professional training within the financial services industry.
- Diploma in sales/marketing.
