Customer Service Manager at CareerLink

Description:

  • Managing employee and customer relationship.
  • Conducting monthly employee/customer satisfaction survey.
  • Responsible for all customer service duties like answering customer queries, problem solving and crisis management as well as providing detailed information on new and existing products.
  • Improving customer service based on client feedback through the development of new policies and documentation of procedures.
  • Training salesmen in customer service procedures and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for selling bank products
  • Determining customer satisfaction by attending to their grievances at the customer care desk, Undertaking Corporation assets, and receiving calls from clients outside and internal who are making enquiries and complaints, Dissemination of information to publics, Administrative Assistance Monitor customer concerns and respond appropriately.
  • Protecting the company image and brand.

Minimum Qualifications.

  • Diploma in Business Administration required
  • At least 2 years working experience in a related challenge, preferably in a print or service industry.
  • Should be able to show a track record of past employment and experiences, in the Printing industry.
