Description:

  • Office administration on a day to day basis
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and replying to correspondence on behalf of Managing Director when required to do so especially in his absence
  • Making Air Travel arrangements for Managing Director and his Finance Managers
  • Booking and making appointments for Managing Director
  • Receiving and tracking all invoices and processing them for payment
  • Receiving cheques from the bank and distributing them to the respective suppliers
  • Ensuring smooth running of the office in absence of Managing Director
  • Ordering stationery and maintaining Administration budget to the agreed levels for the department.
  • Analyzing the Cost Centre report for the department every month and giving a report on the budget variances to the Managing Director

Minimum Qualifications.

  • Diploma in Business Administration required
  • At least 2 years working experience in a related challenge, preferably in a print or service industry.
  • Should be able to show a track record of past employment and experiences, in the printing or service industry.
