Description:
- Office administration on a day to day basis
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and replying to correspondence on behalf of Managing Director when required to do so especially in his absence
- Making Air Travel arrangements for Managing Director and his Finance Managers
- Booking and making appointments for Managing Director
- Receiving and tracking all invoices and processing them for payment
- Receiving cheques from the bank and distributing them to the respective suppliers
- Ensuring smooth running of the office in absence of Managing Director
- Ordering stationery and maintaining Administration budget to the agreed levels for the department.
- Analyzing the Cost Centre report for the department every month and giving a report on the budget variances to the Managing Director
Minimum Qualifications.
- Diploma in Business Administration required
- At least 2 years working experience in a related challenge, preferably in a print or service industry.
- Should be able to show a track record of past employment and experiences, in the printing or service industry.
