Description:
- Management of BMS (Building Management System) & feedback & reporting to all relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for operation & maintenance of all facilities occupied in office & guesthouse
- Implement and monitor all relevant policies & procedures to ensure the smooth & cost effective management of the facilities
- Oversee vendor activities to provide services within budget and quality requirements
- Address infrastructure requirements of the business
- Coordinate with the Administration department for administrative requirements
- Coordinating with procurement for the negotiation & agreement of all maintenance contracts for office and guest houses
- Interact with all regulators and other statutory bodies to ensure relevant business licenses and other requirements are adhered to
- Work hand in hand with Security Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Civil or Mechanical engineer Degree
- At least 4 years in a management role in a medium-large facility.
- Managed a facility that houses over 800 pax
