The Kenya National Federation of Agricultural Producers (KENFAP) is currently the National Implementing Agency (NIA) of the National Domestic Biogas Programme (NDBP) under the African Biogas Partnership Programme (ABPP).
KENFAP intends to recruit a competent professional aged between 33 and 42 years to coordinate activities of the programme. Reporting to the CEO, the Programme Coordinator’s responsibility shall include:

- Human Resource Management
- Programme Implementation
- Programme Administration
- Networking
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Among others
Qualifications:
- Minimum Masters Level degree in Agriculture, Environmental studies, Development studies, Engineering, Management, Rural Development/Renewable Energy, Socio-Economics and Social Studies.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management and related fields.
- Experience in resource management and leadership skills.
- Proven leadership, communication, negotiation and partnership skills.
- Knowledge, expertise and innovative ideas on biogas/renewable energy development and mainstreaming, and private sector development are an added advantage.
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic context is necessary.
