We are an Insurance Agency firm based in Nairobi-Kenya which provides insurance solutions from several insurance companies on general, medical, life and investment products. Insurance Advisors
Key Objective of the Job:
* To provide insurance product information to target customers, close sales based on client needs, realise targets, and meet/ exceed customer expectations.
* Partner with customers to build trusted relationships and enhance market penetration. You will undergo an initial training on the various insurance products and selling skills, and further periodic reinforcement and refresher training.
Key Outputs of the Position:
* To make 20 new prospecting calls daily
* To make 5 sales presentations on insurance products daily
* Meet set sales targets – for beginners this is Kshs 250,000 per month
* Advising/ Educating customers on insurance solutions
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Marketing or Business discipline
* Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an advantage
Experience & Competencies:
* Minimum 2 years insurance sales experience
* Proven experience in Direct Selling preferably in the service sector
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Aggressive, Self-Driven personality and focused on individual and team success
* Excellent communication and people skills
* High Integrity and Honesty
