Position: Finance Manager

Chemonics International is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Finance Manager for a Malaria Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) Project, in which s/he will manage all finances related to the implementation of IRS activities.
The position will be based in Nairobi and interviews will be conducted in English.
Salary will be based on the individual’s overall qualification, salary history and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced professional degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field
- Experience in managing logistics, procurement, or supply chain management for the implementation of public health programs in Africa/Kenya highly preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in financial management of large international projects
- Familiarity with compliance to USG Cost Accounting Standards (and USAID projects preferred).
- Experience and skills in developing and managing large budgets
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and databases
- Possess excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Ability to work well on teams
- Candidate must sign a two-year letter of commitment to the project if awarded
