- Transaction based processes
- Transaction services Client Verticals
- Skills on the computer
- Personal Effectiveness principles and techniques
The BPO trainer in Technical support should comfortably cover the following areas:-
- BPO industry and Operations
- Process Handling Skills and knowledge
- Fundamentals of Computers
- Fundamentals of operating systems
- Fundamentals of Computer applications
- Fundamentals of computer networking
- Fundamentals of Internet and Internet applications
- Fundamentals of Computer security
- Fundamentals of Computer virus
