Weissenhof Clinic Jobs: Resident Physicians

The Weissenhof Clinic (www.klinikum-weissenhof.de) is a psychiatric hospital and a university teaching hospital of the University of Heidelberg with independent clinics for general psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, addiction medicine, forensic psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, paediatric and adolescent psychiatry and neurology.

Each year around 9000 patients are cared for as in-patients, day care patients and out-patients.

We currently employ around 1000 members of staff.

To support our team with immediate effect we are looking for

Resident Physicians (m/f)

for advanced training in psychiatry and psychotherapy

We offer: the opportunity to fully train as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Rotation within the various fields of adult psychiatry including neurology is assured during the training.

There are also opportunities for research and a doctorate. Compilation of medical opinions is possible in addition to other duties.

Your profile: You have completed a Medical Degree at an internationally recognised university. You are a member of your local medical association. Knowledge of German required. The intermediate Goethe Irtstitut language certificate (B2) would be highly advantageous.
