- Planning, coordinating and supervising all the activities within Accounting Department, department including allocation of duties and staff appraisal .
- Preparation and presentation of periodical Financial Statements in due time and in accordance with deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintenance of a variety of financial records and reports, including those related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job costing, inventories, budgets and fixed assets;
- Consolidation of Group Financial reports
- Prepare monthly payroll for the Group ensuring timely statutory returns
- To ensure timely preparation of bank reconciliation statement for all accounts
Qualifications and Competences
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business Management
- CPA (K) or Equivalent
- Over 5 years progressive post qualification experience
- Working experience of ERP Systems
- Strong Analytical and people management skills
- Ability to work in a demanding Office environment
Credit Controller

Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensure that payments are received in accordance with the company’s current term of business and other relevant procedures.
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective and professional credit control policy and procedures. Implement enhancements where required.
- Control and manage the risks related to non-payment, late payment and account opening
- Set and monitor credit limits.
- Timely Billing and reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- To provide reports on the status of debtors to management
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure any disputes are resolved amicably
Qualifications and Competences

- Ability to Building strong Business relationships
Accountant
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Monthly VAT Returns
- Vat Reconciliation & maintenance of VAT accounts continuously reconciled and conforming to regulations in all aspects.
- General Ledger, balance sheet analysis and sales analysis,
- Statutory returns, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF
- Maintaining a detailed fixed asset register
- Preparing regular payments to the Suppliers
- Assisting in logistics issues including customs clearance and documentation.
- Monitor inventory on a monthly basis.
Qualifications and Competences
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or ACCA.
- Computer literate with experience in ERP systems
- MUST be conversant with Customs Import/Export procedures including Verifying Import entries, IDF, Clearance procedures and Logistics
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- A team player of high integrity, analytical thinker, creative and innovative.
