ON-THE-ROAD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Acacia Ventures Limited is a new, fast growing and the leading quality passenger transport company operating out of Kisumu hub. The company is looking for dynamic and results oriented individual with strong abilities in passenger service management to join its current team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the Operations Manager and the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing on-the-road performance which involves all aspects of customer service and business management controls. In this regard the successful candidate will oversee the activities of drivers and conductors as well as logistics that ensure timely and quality operations.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University Degree or Diploma in business administration.
- Professional qualifications in passenger transport management would be added advantage.
- At least three years continuous experience in similar position and/or responsibilities. Of importance are experiences associated with passenger transport logistics, management of inherent on-the-road business and other risks.
- People management skills to nurture and sustain high level of motivation, trust and performance of staff.
- Energetic and highly motivated individual with a drive to succeed
- Must have good knowledge of relevant traffic laws, regulations and customer service requirements for passenger vehicle service operations.
- Clean class A or C driving license for at least five years.
- Computer literacy.
